A Brazilian sugar refinery faced bottlenecks with its traditional heat source equipment. Ahead of the 2018 peak sugar production season, after extensive evaluations, they partnered with us to implement a customized 6T biomass steam boiler (Model: DZL6-1.25-T). Our professional team conducted on-site research, developing the equipment based on their production intensity and fuel characteristics. We managed the entire process, including installation, commissioning, and operator training. The company’s core requirements were: ensuring stable steam output during peak production (November to April) while utilizing sugar mill waste to reduce costs and meet environmental standards—perfectly aligned with our boiler technology strengths.
This boiler is specifically engineered for sugar production processes, with parameters tailored to operational needs: rated evaporation capacity of 6t/h, operating pressure of 1.25MPa, and steam temperature of 194°C. It can meet the peak steam demand of a single production line. Its core advantage lies in exceptional fuel adaptability, efficiently combusting sugarcane bagasse, leaves, and other waste materials. This simultaneously resolves waste disposal challenges and significantly reduces fuel costs. Additionally, the boiler incorporates proprietary stratified combustion technology, delivering high combustion efficiency and stable air supply to meet the temperature and pressure stability requirements for processes like juice evaporation, concentration, and crystallization.
Since commissioning in 2018, the boiler has undergone rigorous testing during multiple peak production seasons, demonstrating stable operation and product reliability. Enterprise data shows that during peak production periods (averaging over 12 hours daily), steam pressure remained stable at 1.2-1.25MPa. No production interruptions occurred due to steam issues, ensuring continuous and stable sugar production. Significant economic benefits: Thermal efficiency exceeds 94%, reducing annual fuel costs by over 30% compared to the original coal-fired boiler. We provide pre-peak season maintenance, operational support, and spare parts supply services, keeping equipment maintenance costs below industry averages. Our products and services have become the core support for the enterprise’s stable production.
