Jinhua City Textile Dyeing Industry: Application Case of 10T Natural Gas Steam Boiler

Recently, our custom-built 10T natural gas steam boiler for a textile dyeing enterprise in Jinhua City has completed installation, commissioning, and entered full operation. Model SZS10-1.25-Q, features a horizontal double-drum design with a rated evaporation capacity of 10t/h, rated working pressure of 1.25MPa, and rated steam temperature of 194°C. Specifically engineered for clean, high-efficiency natural gas fuel, it incorporates a core hot-air burner that precisely meets the dyeing industry’s frequent demand for continuous, stable steam supply across critical processes such as desizing, bleaching, dyeing, and setting.

Considering the stringent requirements for steam supply stability and temperature uniformity in dyeing production, the hot-air burner offers advantages of rapid preheating and strong heating uniformity. It can quickly elevate furnace temperature while minimizing heat loss. It dynamically adjusts combustion power based on steam demand during dyeing processes. Combined with the boiler’s precise temperature control system, this ensures minimal steam output fluctuations, guarantees temperature compliance across all dyeing stages, and enhances product quality. Furthermore, natural gas fuel is clean and environmentally friendly, emitting no dust or sulfides during combustion. This fully complies with Jinhua City’s industrial environmental emission standards, helping enterprises avoid environmental compliance risks. The equipment features a quick-assembly modular design. Combined with optimized installation plans tailored to local site conditions in Jinhua, the entire deployment process—from equipment hoisting to pipeline connection—was completed in just 15 days. This significantly shortened the on-site construction period, enabling rapid production handover and avoiding production interruptions.

Since commissioning, the boiler has maintained stable and reliable operation. The efficient integration of the hot-air burner with the boiler body ensures thermal efficiency consistently exceeds 92%. Compared to the enterprise’s outdated boilers, this reduces steam energy consumption costs by nearly 30%, significantly boosting production efficiency. Additionally, the boiler features a comprehensive intelligent monitoring system that tracks steam pressure, temperature, and combustion status in real time. Multiple safety devices, including overpressure protection and low-water alarms, further safeguard dyeing and printing operations. To date, there have been no major malfunctions recorded. Its reliable continuous operation fully meets the 24/7 production demands of the dyeing industry. The stable heat supply not only ensures production schedules but also boosts efficiency, earning high recognition from the enterprise.
