Antes da temporada de pico de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00facar de 2018, ap\u00f3s extensas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es, eles fizeram uma parceria conosco para implementar uma caldeira a vapor de biomassa 6T personalizada (Modelo: DZL6-1.25-T). Nossa equipe de profissionais realizou pesquisas no local, desenvolvendo o equipamento com base na intensidade da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e nas caracter\u00edsticas do combust\u00edvel. Gerenciamos todo o processo, incluindo a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, o comissionamento e o treinamento do operador. Os principais requisitos da empresa eram: garantir uma sa\u00edda de vapor est\u00e1vel durante o pico de produ\u00e7\u00e3o (novembro a abril) e, ao mesmo tempo, utilizar os res\u00edduos da usina de a\u00e7\u00facar para reduzir custos e atender aos padr\u00f5es ambientais - perfeitamente alinhados com os pontos fortes de nossa tecnologia de caldeiras.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Essa caldeira foi projetada especificamente para processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00facar, com par\u00e2metros adaptados \u00e0s necessidades operacionais: capacidade nominal de evapora\u00e7\u00e3o de 6 t\/h, press\u00e3o operacional de 1,25 MPa e temperatura do vapor de 194 \u00b0C. Ele pode atender \u00e0 demanda de vapor de pico de uma \u00fanica linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Sua principal vantagem est\u00e1 na excepcional adaptabilidade do combust\u00edvel, queimando com efici\u00eancia o baga\u00e7o da cana-de-a\u00e7\u00facar, folhas e outros materiais residuais. Isso resolve simultaneamente os desafios de descarte de res\u00edduos e reduz significativamente os custos de combust\u00edvel. Al\u00e9m disso, a caldeira incorpora uma tecnologia propriet\u00e1ria de combust\u00e3o estratificada, proporcionando alta efici\u00eancia de combust\u00e3o e fornecimento de ar est\u00e1vel para atender aos requisitos de estabilidade de temperatura e press\u00e3o para processos como evapora\u00e7\u00e3o, concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de suco.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Desde o comissionamento em 2018, a caldeira foi submetida a testes rigorosos durante v\u00e1rias temporadas de pico de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, demonstrando opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1vel e confiabilidade do produto. Os dados da empresa mostram que, durante os per\u00edodos de pico de produ\u00e7\u00e3o (em m\u00e9dia, mais de 12 horas por dia), a press\u00e3o do vapor permaneceu est\u00e1vel em 1,2-1,25 MPa. N\u00e3o houve interrup\u00e7\u00f5es na produ\u00e7\u00e3o devido a problemas com o vapor, garantindo uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua e est\u00e1vel de a\u00e7\u00facar. Benef\u00edcios econ\u00f4micos significativos: A efici\u00eancia t\u00e9rmica excede 94%, reduzindo os custos anuais de combust\u00edvel em mais de 30% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a caldeira original movida a carv\u00e3o. Oferecemos servi\u00e7os de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o antes da temporada de pico, suporte operacional e fornecimento de pe\u00e7as sobressalentes, mantendo os custos de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos equipamentos abaixo da m\u00e9dia do setor.
