Core specifications tailored to production needs: rated power 14,000 kW\/h, operating pressure 0.8 MPa, thermal oil temperature control accuracy up to \u00b13\u2103, dual-fuel compatibility (natural gas\/fuel oil). The boiler was successfully installed, commissioned and put into official operation in May 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Stable temperature supply is critical for this project, as it directly supports the operation of key processes such as reactors and distillation towers. The client\u2019s core requirements included continuous thermal oil supply, minimal pressure fluctuation, as well as energy efficiency and environmental compliance. Our 20T thermal oil boiler perfectly matched these demands: its rated heat output precisely covers the client\u2019s production load range of 10,000-12,500 kW\/h. With high combustion efficiency and compliance with local ultra-low emission standards, the boiler fully meets the production requirements of high-temperature shaping, low pollution and safety for reactors and distillation towers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Since commissioning, the boiler has maintained stable and reliable operation, achieving 24 consecutive months of safe operation without any unplanned shutdowns. The thermal oil output heat value remains stable between 12,500-13,400 kW\/h, and the precise temperature control ensures qualified reaction and distillation effects. Statistics show that the boiler\u2019s thermal efficiency reaches over 96%. It features user-friendly operation with an automatic control system for real-time pressure and temperature regulation.
