Pabrik tersebut dilengkapi dengan boiler model YY(Q)W-1400Y(Q) berkapasitas 1400 kW\/h, yang beroperasi pada tekanan kerja stabil sebesar 0,8 MPa. Suhu minyak termal dapat disesuaikan secara fleksibel antara 100\u00b0C dan 300\u00b0C, dan sistem ini mendukung peralihan bahan bakar ganda antara gas alam dan minyak\u2014sehingga sangat sesuai dengan kondisi energi setempat dan persyaratan produksi pabrik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dalam produksi aspal, proses emulsifikasi berdampak langsung pada kualitas produk dan menuntut suhu yang sangat stabil\u2014minyak termal harus disuplai secara terus-menerus tanpa gangguan, dengan fluktuasi suhu seminimal mungkin. Perusahaan tersebut juga memprioritaskan efisiensi energi dan perlindungan lingkungan. Selama diskusi awal, kami menghitung kebutuhan panas aktual mereka sekitar 1.000 kW\/h hingga 1.250 kW\/h, yang dapat dipenuhi oleh daya keluaran terukur dari boiler berkapasitas 2 ton. Selain itu, boiler ini memiliki efisiensi pembakaran yang tinggi, dan peralatan bantuannya memenuhi standar emisi ultra-rendah yang ketat di Uzbekistan. Hal ini sangat sesuai dengan persyaratan rendah polusi dan keamanan tinggi untuk pemrosesan aspal bersuhu tinggi. Akibatnya, setelah solusi disepakati, pemasangan dan uji coba berjalan lancar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sejak mulai beroperasi, boiler ini telah bekerja dengan andal, mempertahankan operasi yang aman dan berkelanjutan selama 5 tahun dan 4 bulan. Selama pengoperasian, daya keluaran minyak termal secara konsisten tetap berada di antara 1000KW\/H dan 1250KW\/H, sehingga memberikan pengendalian suhu yang dapat diandalkan untuk proses inti seperti emulsifikasi aspal. Tahap-tahap kritis seperti reaksi dan distilasi secara konsisten memenuhi standar kinerja. Statistik perusahaan selanjutnya mengonfirmasi bahwa boiler ini mencapai efisiensi termal melebihi 961 TP3T, yang menunjukkan penghematan energi yang signifikan. Selain itu, boiler ini mudah dioperasikan, dengan sistem kontrol otomatisnya yang secara mandiri mengatur tekanan dan suhu, sehingga meminimalkan kebutuhan akan pemantauan terus-menerus. Tim pemeliharaan kami merespons dengan cepat untuk menangani setiap masalah, sehingga biaya pemeliharaan peralatan tetap di bawah rata-rata industri. Baik kinerja produk maupun layanan purna jual telah mendapatkan pengakuan tinggi dari klien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:
