Studi Kasus Boiler 1400kW di Industri Manufaktur Aspal di Uzbekistan

In September 2020, we successfully completed the delivery and commissioning of a 2T horizontal oil-fired thermal oil boiler for an asphalt plant in Uzbekistan. The facility was equipped with a YY(Q)W-1400Y(Q) model boiler, rated at 1400 kW/h, operating at a stable working pressure of 0.8 MPa. The thermal oil temperature can be flexibly adjusted between 100°C and 300°C, and the system supports dual-fuel switching between natural gas and oil—perfectly aligning with local energy conditions and the plant’s production requirements.


In asphalt production, the emulsification process directly impacts product quality and demands exceptionally stable temperatures—thermal oil must be supplied continuously without interruption, with minimal temperature fluctuations. The enterprise also prioritizes energy efficiency and environmental protection. During preliminary discussions, we calculated their actual heat demand at approximately 1000 kW/h to 1250 kW/h, which the 2-ton boiler’s rated output power can meet. Moreover, the boiler boasts high combustion efficiency, and its auxiliary equipment meets Uzbekistan’s stringent ultra-low emission standards. This aligns perfectly with the low-pollution, high-safety requirements for asphalt high-temperature processing. Consequently, after the solution was finalized, installation and commissioning proceeded smoothly.

Since commissioning, the boiler has operated reliably, maintaining continuous safe operation for 5 years and 4 months. During operation, the thermal oil output power consistently remains between 1000KW/H and 1250KW/H, providing dependable temperature control for core processes like asphalt emulsification. Critical stages such as reaction and distillation consistently meet performance standards. Subsequent company statistics confirmed the boiler achieves thermal efficiency exceeding 96%, demonstrating significant energy savings. Additionally, the boiler is simple to operate, with its automated control system autonomously regulating pressure and temperature, minimizing the need for constant monitoring. Our maintenance team responds promptly to address any issues, keeping equipment maintenance costs below industry averages. Both product performance and after-sales service have earned high recognition from the client.
