Recently, the YY(Q)W-1400Y(Q) explosion-proof thermal oil boiler supplied to a Bolivian chemical enterprise has completed installation, commissioning, and entered formal operation. This 2-ton unit, rated at 1400kW, delivers stable high-temperature thermal oil at 300°C. Specifically engineered for the chemical industry’s flammable and explosive production environments, its core feature lies in the explosion-proof design of both the boiler body and burner, effectively mitigating on-site safety risks. Additionally, the equipment accommodates multiple fuel types, flexibly adapting to local fuel supply conditions. Its compact structure and easy installation perfectly align with the spatial layout requirements of chemical plants.

Since commissioning, the thermal oil boiler has operated stably, delivering precise and controllable 300°C high-temperature output that fully meets the client’s stringent temperature requirements for production processes. With thermal efficiency exceeding 92%, it helps the client effectively reduce energy consumption costs. Its minimal operational fluctuations enable prolonged continuous operation, providing reliable thermal energy support for uninterrupted chemical production. All operational parameters currently remain normal with no recorded faults. Its efficient and stable performance has earned preliminary recognition from the customer, laying a solid foundation for future long-term collaboration between both parties.
