Tailoring a coal-fired boiler solution to local food oil production requirements, we precisely matched heating demands across all critical stages of food oil processing.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Considering the abundant reserves and low procurement costs of local Class II bituminous coal, the solution ultimately selected two horizontal, quick-assembly chain grate boilers. This solution not only adapts to local fuel conditions but also helps clients effectively control long-term operational costs while precisely meeting the differentiated heating requirements for temperature and power across various food oil production processes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One unit is a DZL20-1.25-A\u2161 steam boiler, part of our mature industrial continuous heating product line. With a rated evaporation capacity of 20 t\/h, operating pressure of 1.25 MPa, with steam temperature at 194\u00b0C. Specifically engineered for Class II bituminous coal, it perfectly matches local fuel conditions, reducing fuel adaptation costs and operational complexity from the outset. Its core advantage lies in the quick-assembly modular design, where the boiler body, grate, and other key components are prefabricated and tested in-house. On-site installation requires only pipeline connection and foundation securing for rapid commissioning. Compared to traditional boilers, installation efficiency improves by over 40%, significantly shortening the startup cycle.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The other unit is a YLW&#8212;10500-MA thermal oil boiler, also featuring a horizontal, quick-assembly chain grate structure. With a rated power of 10,500 kW and rated temperature of 300\u00b0C, it similarly accommodates Class II bituminous coal. The preheating process before food oil pressing requires stable high temperatures, and this boiler&#8217;s precise temperature control accurately meets those demands. Operational energy savings are substantial, with customer feedback indicating a significant reduction in unit thermal energy costs and a project payback period shorter than anticipated.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Considering Kazakhstan&#8217;s harsh winter climate, we preemptively optimized the insulation structure of both boilers by thickening the insulation layers. This design effectively minimizes heat loss during winter, further enhancing the equipment&#8217;s energy efficiency. Both units were officially commissioned in May 2020, with smooth on-site commissioning enabling rapid integration into the customer&#8217;s production system.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Four years of operational data from 2020 to 2024 fully demonstrate the equipment&#8217;s outstanding performance. The DZL20-1.25-A\u2161 steam boiler maintains a thermal efficiency consistently above 85%, while the thermal oil boiler achieves 88% efficiency\u2014both exceeding industry averages. Over four years, only one routine maintenance was required with no major failures, fully meeting the intensive demands of continuous production in the edible oil industry.
