In July 2022, we delivered a customized 20-ton horizontal oil/gas-fired thermal oil boiler to a glove manufacturer. During glove manufacturing, core equipment like vulcanization tanks and constant-temperature mixing tanks demand exceptional temperature stability. Any interruption in thermal oil supply or temperature fluctuation directly impacts product quality. The client prioritizes both operational cost control and energy efficiency. By calculating their actual thermal load, we confirmed this 20-ton thermal oil boiler’s rated thermal output perfectly matches their production requirements of 13,000-13,500 kW/h. The boiler delivers outstanding combustion efficiency, fully meeting the high-temperature stability requirements for critical glove production processes. The project progressed smoothly from design finalization to equipment installation and commissioning.

Since commissioning, the boiler has operated continuously and stably for 24 months without any fault-related shutdowns, exceeding customer expectations. During operation, the thermal oil output consistently maintained a stable heat output between 13,000 kW/h and 13,500 kW/h. This provides sustained high-temperature assurance for the stable operation of vulcanization tanks and constant-temperature mixing tanks, ensuring consistent glove product quality. Customer feedback indicates the boiler achieves thermal efficiency exceeding 96%, delivering significant energy savings. Additionally, the integrated automatic control system offers user-friendly operation with automatic pressure and temperature regulation, substantially reducing manual monitoring costs.
