The company covers an area of more than 300 acres and a production workshop of 80,000 square meters. Fixed assets of 150 million yuan. More than 400 employees, more than 120 various types of engineering and technical personnel.
The company now holds the Class A boiler manufacturing license issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the A2 pressure vessel design and manufacturing license, the B3 welding insulated gas cylinder manufacturing license, and has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.

1980
The Finance Bureau of Wuqiao County established the Wuqiao County Welfare Thermal Oil Furnace Factory, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and sales of boilers. From then on, Yineng Boiler set sail! In 1988, the company obtained the<<Organic Heat Carrier Furnace Manufacturing License>issued by the former Ministry of Labor and expanded its factory area to 42000 square meters, with more than 120 employees on site.
2002
Passed ISO9001 quality certification
The company has expanded again, with the factory area increasing to 80000 square meters and 457 employees, becoming one of the manufacturing bases for thermal oil boilers in northern China.
2003
The company was successfully restructured and renamed as Wuqiao County Thermal Oil Furnace Factory. In the same year, it obtained the production license for Class I and II pressure vessels. In the same year, the company expanded and invested 2

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China has issued the Special Equipment Manufacturing License (C-level Boiler) and registered the trademark “Yineng” for the company. In April 2005, it passed the design permit review for Class D2 pressure vessels. In May 2006, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China issued the Special Equipment Manufacturing License (B-class Boiler). In May 2006, it obtained the right to independently import and export, exporting to countries such as Russia, South Africa, and Southeast Asia.
In 2007, Shandong Yineng established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dezhou, Shandong with a registered capital of 20 million yuan, covering an area of 4.3 square meters, and a lifting capacity of 200 tons. Shandong Yineng obtained the<<D1, D2 Class Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License>>and<<D1, D2 Class Pressure Vessel Design License>>. In 2008, the company completed a new round of capital increase, and the registered capital of Hebei Yineng increased to 40 million yuan. In June 2009, the Hebei Environmental Protection Industry Association issued the Environmental Protection Product Certification. In January 2010, it was officially renamed as Hebei Yineng Boiler Co., Ltd. and began producing LNG low-temperature equipment. In October 2011, it obtained the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People’s Republic of China (A-level boiler). Obtained the<<A2 level pressure vessel (Class III low and medium pressure vessel) manufacturing license>in December 2011. In June 2012, the new factory area of Shandong Yineng Dezhou was officially put into operation, covering an area of 93000 square meters.
In March 2012, Songshan Road Qinxin Factory in Wuqiao County was officially put into operation, covering an area of 67000 square meters.
Obtained the B3 level welding insulated gas cylinder manufacturing license in December 2012. Obtained the Design License for A2 Class Pressure Vessels (Class III Low and Medium Pressure Vessels) in March 2013

Obtain the manufacturing license for B3 level LNG insulated gas cylinders and achieve mass production of LNG gasification pry as a gas source for boiler combustion. 2015
