In early 2022, we received a cooperation inquiry from a food enterprise in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. The client explicitly required temperature control for cooking pot steaming and product shaping processes—demanding a stable high-temperature heat source to ensure processing effectiveness, with uninterrupted thermal oil supply and steady pressure maintenance. To precisely match these requirements, our technical team conducted an on-site survey to understand the actual production line conditions. We ultimately customized a YY(Q)W-3000Y(Q) 4T horizontal oil/gas-fired thermal oil boiler for the client, completing full delivery and commissioning by April of that year.
Leveraging Yuncheng’s readily available natural gas supply, this customized boiler exclusively uses natural gas as fuel. With a rated power of 3000 kW/h and a constant operating pressure of 0.8 MPa, it precisely maintains thermal oil temperature at 280°C, fully meeting the high-temperature shaping requirements for food processing. During preliminary research, we accurately calculated the actual thermal load requirements for these two core processes at between 2500 kW/h and 2700 kW/h. The boiler’s rated output power fully covers these demands. Additionally, its energy-saving design helps the enterprise effectively reduce energy consumption costs while meeting the food industry’s requirements for processing cleanliness. Installation and commissioning were efficiently completed in accordance with the enterprise’s production schedule, without impacting normal production capacity.
As of January 2026, this boiler has operated stably on the production line for over three years. Based on the company’s operational feedback, the thermal oil output power has remained consistently stable throughout the boiler’s operation, precisely matching the required thermal load range for production. Ingredients in the cooking pots receive uniform heating, and the product pass rate in the shaping process has remained stable. There has never been a production interruption due to thermal oil supply issues. Enterprise statistics indicate the boiler achieves thermal efficiency exceeding 95%, significantly reducing energy costs compared to previous heating equipment. Additionally, the boiler’s automated control system eliminates the need for frequent manual adjustments by operators, automatically maintaining pressure and temperature within set ranges. When operational or maintenance issues arise, our team responds promptly, ensuring equipment upkeep remains cost-effective. These tangible operational benefits have earned the boiler high recognition from the enterprise.
